Me Before You is a novel written by JoJo Moyes. This novel is about a young man who’s living his life wealthy, with a great job, wonderful girlfriend. He’s been on many adventures sky diving, bungee jumping, and mountain climbing.

You know life was wonderful for him until his tragic incident when he got hit by a motorcycle and nothing was the same since. The incident left him  quadriplegic (crippled). Wills mother decided he needs a new caregiver so she hired  Louisa Clark for the job. Louisa has recently lost her job so this new opportunity of work really benefits  her family, and her Will.

Will didn’t like her at first though and Louisa didn’t like him either but they soon grew on each other. Louisa was doing her job and happened to stumble upon Wills mother and sister talking about how he wanted them to end his life to be put out of his misery. Now Louisa is making it a mission to give will reasons to live and on that journey she happens to fall in love with him but  that doesn’t stop Will from wanting to end his life. My sister Whitney Johnson said I haven’t read the book but we saw the movie, “it was so lovely and sad. It was a good cry.”
