Eleanor Roosevelt’s Boys Varsity Basketball recently won the CIF  state championships. Throughout their season they had huge successes, one being a five streak win against their biggest rivalry (Centennial High School).

Head Coach Mr. Stephen Singleton was recognized as Coach of the year.This season was Coach Singleton’s second year of coaching boys basketball. Mr. Singleton is also a teacher on campus at Roosevelt, teaching the subject of Health. This is Coach Singleton’s second state title, but his first for a team of Eleanor Roosevelt High School.
