Eleanor Roosevelt High School is hosting a special fundraiser to support its talented band and color guard programs. On Saturday, May 3, 2025, there will be a fundraiser at Eleanor Roosevelt High School. All profits will benefit ERHS’s band and color guard programs and begin at 5:30 pm.
This fundraiser will include several performances, a dinner buffet, and a silent auction. There is also an option for VIP concert seating, which also receives premium catered barbecue. The performances will be put on by Eleanor Roosevelt High School’s band, color guard, and guest ensembles.
A student at Eleanor Roosevelt High School, Sabrina Preciado, is excited to attend the event and is looking forward to the dinner and concert. Preciado states,
“I am really excited for the band and color guard performance. I’ve seen some of their performances before, and they always do really good.”
Preciado also believes attending the fundraiser could be a great way to support these programs at Eleanor Roosevelt High School. Preciado later states,
“I think this fundraiser could be a great way to earn money so that band and color guard can keep growing and improving without worrying so much about the cost.”
Another student at Eleanor Roosevelt High School, Belinda Nguyen, agrees with Preciado. Nguyen states,
“I’m most looking forward to the dinner because it sounds like a fun way to hang out with friends and enjoy some good food. The fundraiser seems like it will be fun, and it seems fun to be able to watch all the performances. Also, by attending the fundraiser, the money will go to a good cause.”

The last day to buy tickets to this event is April 27. Tickets sold before April 20 will have an early bird discount and will save ten dollars. VIP tickets are fifty-five dollars and are the seats closest to the stage. This includes catering by PTrain’s BBQ, which serves barbecue chicken, baby back ribs, smoked Mac and cheese, potato salad, Hawaiian rolls, drinks, and dessert. An adult ticket to the dinner buffet is thirty dollars, a student ticket, which is eighteen and under, is twenty dollars, a child’s ticket, which includes ages four through nine, are fifteen dollars, and children ages three and younger are free. The previous tickets are catered by Babe’s Kitchen. This includes bowtie pasta with marinara sauce, penne pasta with Alfredo, plain pasta, grilled chicken, salad, bread, drinks, and dessert.
Whether you plan on donating to benefit a friend, watching performances, or even just having a night out, the fundraiser provides a chance to contribute to the programs. Donating to help support these programs can benefit color guard and band by allowing band and color guard to improve and allowing students to enjoy it in the future.
