There was a scavenger hunt for ducks at our school on Tuesday. The hunt for the ducks happened during both lunches, and only one winner will be crowned, this event is hosted by ASB.
The ducks will be all over campus in areas that will be easy and hard for students to find. My best guess is that the ducks will be around the clock tower area. This scavenger hunt aims to carry on the previous tradition, and for students to have fun with their friends while searching for the ducks.
I think this is a cool thing that the school is doing because you get to hunt for ducks, win a prize at the end, and be with your friends. I interviewed a classmate of mine, Alex Pinedo. I asked him how the scavenger hunt was and if he had fun. He said:
“The scavenger hunt was fun. I was with my friends trying to find the ducks all over campus, but we did not find anything.” Pinedo shared.
In another interview with Paul Falsone, a teacher here at ERHS was asked, “What do you think of the Scavenger hunt?” he said.
“It is cool because students get to have fun at school with their friends and win a prize.” Said Falsone.
I am not sure who won on Tuesday’s scavenger hunt, but I did see that many students had a lot of ducks in their hands and backpacks. I did not get any at all, but I don’t mind it at all because many other students had lots of fun!
Well, that concludes my duck story, and thanks for reading my story. I hope you have a good day and see you in the next bye. Here are some pictures I took during this event.
