Disney vs Pixar!

Nuha Alayleh

When it comes to Disney or Pixar I can’t pick one. I am a huge fan of both! For both Disney and Pixar, the storylines are all really good. When I think of Disney I think of princesses, which is my childhood. My favorite princess and movie as a little girl, and now, is Ariel from “The Little Mermaid.” I love the way they implemented the fact of someone out of this world falling in love with someone in this world. I also am obsessed with the songs in the movie, especially “Part of your World.”

My favorite Pixar movie is “Toy Story 2.”

I love the way the creators used the inclusion of toys in the movie. They also used real-world scenarios that little kids could relate to. One of my favorite songs is “When She Loved Me” from “Toy Story 2.”

One of the ERHS art teachers, Conrad Maag gives us his opinion.

“Generally speaking, I like Pixar better, the stories are so well written, and really thought out,” Maag said. “Some of the Disney stories are good but don’t always fall through. I just think that Pixar thinks through the stories a little better, but they are both great.”

Maag’s favorite Pixar movie is, “The Incredibles.” His favorite Disney movie is “Tangled.”

ERHS senior Alise Dela-Paul shares her opinion: “I like Disney more than Pixar because I have always loved princesses and the idea of fairytales, and I feel like Disney has more of that. Also, I feel that Pixar is a branch off of Disney, so it makes it more original.” Dela-Paul’s favorite Disney movie is “The Princess and the Frog.”
