Corona, a loving city supports the family through this hard time and honors him by holding a beautiful candle lighting ceremony where everyone from Corona, Eastvale, and Norco attended. With the candle lighting around all the city, many people put up blue ribbons in honor of him because blue was his favorite color.  D’Leen Hollis was at the lighting ceremony and says, “I thought it was very well done.” As we got to the lighting she also says, “It was very emotional and hearing a lot of people speak good things about him showed how well known and nice he was.”

This young boy was known around the city as a cheerful young boy who always said hello to a neighbor when they walked by when he was outside.

As a city, we honor this young boy, who was 8 years old, to show all our love for him through blue ribbons and support the family through this sad time.
