The world is a very large place filled with exotic cultures and unique communities that can all be explored. Although, some scenic places are more elaborate than others, and therefore on the top of the list of places you must travel to.

U.S. News ranked their #1 top place to visit in Europe, Paris, France. With amazing monuments such as the Arc de Triomphe to the Eiffel Tower and even astounding museums such as the Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Musée du Louvre. Tours and tickets are available for purchase in advance. If you would like an extensive and detailed tour of any of the monuments or museums, be prepared to spend a large amount of money because some tour tickets go for over $200. Rebbecca Evans, Mary Kay Independent Sr. National Sales Director and world wide traveler says that she loves “the energy of the city and all the museums… the Louvre is too grand for words!”

U.S. News ranked their #2 place to visit, Yellowstone National Park, right within our own backyard in Northern California. If you love the outdoors, hiking along pathways with breathtaking views of mountains, meadows, lakes, and even massive geysers, Yellowstone National Park should be the next place you should visit. Yellowstone is ranked as the #1 best family vacations spot as well as the most affordable family vacation spot.

Rome was U.S. News’ #3 ranked best place to visit. It’s no surprise either with Rome’s wondrously famous Trevi Fountain, St. Peter’s Basilica centered in Vatican City, and the most well known: the Colosseum. Tours and sightseeing tickets range depending on where you go. For the Colosseum, tour ticket prices depend on the extent of the tour you want, but the average is about $120. Mrs. Evans says that the food in Rome is some of the best she’s ever had and that her favorite hot spot is Vatican City and the Sistine Chapel.

Ranking #4 is the beautiful and tropical Tahiti. Located in the French Polynesia, Tahiti is the perfect exotic vacation filled with unlimited relaxation on the beach and beautiful sightseeing to be had. It’s ranked #1 best island in the world with its massive waterfalls and sandy white beaches. The flight from Los Angeles to Tahiti is shy of nine hours and once you arrive, the colorful adventure begins with hiking up glorious lush green hills and jumping into flowing aquamarine waterfalls.

Ranked #5 is beautiful London that is also ranked #1 best vacation spot in the spring. London will keep you busy for days with their many lavish museums, galleries, and monuments. Such as Big Ben, the Kensington Gardens, the Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, and Westminster Abbey. Mrs. Evans has also traveled to London and says that she loves “the people and their accents” and that “it’s so easy to travel around town on the subway.”

With the many culturally different areas around the world, it becomes very beneficial to visit those places to expand your horizons and experience different cultures that you have not been exposed to before.
