Have you ever thought about how you will pay for college? Have you ever wanted free money?

Well, here’s your chance! The FAFSA, also known as the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, is now open until March 2, 2017.

The organization offers free money from scholarships, grants, and more. The income that your parents or legal guardians make will be the determining factor in the amount of money the government decides to give to you. Applying for the FAFSA gives everyone a chance to be financially stable for college tuition.

You can apply for the FAFSA online at fafsa.ed.gov, after this you must make a federal ID before you can apply. Please be aware that you must put down your social security number, legal name, address, and parent/legal guardian income. Anyone can apply for the FAFSA, whether you’re going to a UC or Cal State, community college, the military, or if you’re undecided, so be sure to apply for the FAFSA!
