In-n-Out files restraining order against man that allegedly posed as the CEO of the fast food chain at one of their locations.

The man, Cody Roeder, a known YouTuber, apparently dressed up as the CEO of In-n-Out as a prank for his video channel.

At the location, Roeder verbally abused the manager, threw a customer’s burger on the ground and stomped on it, and left the store in a violent manner.

After the incident, a lawsuit and restraining order against Roeder were filed to ensure that he never disturbs another In-n-Out place again.

Arnie Wensinger, an attorney and executive vice president of In-n-Out, said in a statement remarking on the incident and the further actions that are being taken:

“We have recently seen an increase of visitors to our stores, who are not customers but instead are intentionally disruptive and who then try to promote themselves through social media. These visitors have unfortunately used deceit, fraud, and trespass to their own advantage, and in each instance, they have attempted to humiliate, offend, or otherwise make our customers or associates uncomfortable.”

This isn’t the first time Roeder has done this, obviously.

The YouTuber pulled off a similar incident at a local Ralphs, recording the incident for views for his YouTube channel.
