Nothing but the true story from TRR journalists!

Malori Merki-Castro is the proud adviser of the student journalism program at Eleanor Roosevelt High. A lover of journalism, she graduated from CSUSB in 2008 with a degree in Communications where she was a writer, editor, and editor-in-chief for the campus newspaper.

Merki-Castro continued on to get her teaching credential and Master’s of Education Degree from CSUSB as well.  She has been teaching 16 years, all of them here at ERHS, with 10 years advising The Roosevelt Review.
