Disneyland In Paris
February 27, 2018
Here comes another Disneyland. Wow, that could be surprising but if you’re a usual Disneyland attendee and you have seen that their prices have gone up, than this could not have been a big shocker to you.
Walt Disney already has two parks, one here in Anaheim, California and one in Orlando, Florida. Now Disney is expanding their reaches to new countries, including France with their Paris park. This is a 2 billion euro investment that was boldly done by Disney’s CEO, Bob Iger. Iger met with president Macron in Paris about expanding the French park and adding new attractions.
During this event with president Macron in Paris, Iger, who is also a Walt Disney Co. Chairman and Chief Executive, announced their expansion, which includes three new areas based on Disney’s most popular intellectual properties: Marvel, “Frozen” and Star Wars.
The Disneyland Park hours are currently these: they open at 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and with the Extra Magic Time 8:30 to 9:30 p.m.. The Walt Disney Studios® Park is open at the same times as the Disneyland Park hours. For tickets they have multiple types but first you need to select which ticket you want to look at first. The tickets are the “1 day ticket,” a “multi-day ticket” and the last one being the “shuttle and dated tickets.”
The 1 Day ticket: after you select your 1 Day ticket you have to select a date to go. Along with picking a date you also pick a pricing range. The MINI is $49 per adult and child, the MAGIC is $65 per adult and child, the SUPER MAGIC is $84 per adults and $76 per child, and the SUPER MAGIC PLUS (the last choice you can choose) is $91 per adults and $82 per child.
The multi-day ticket: When selecting multi-day ticket you then have to select how many days you want from the options of 2-4 days. If you select 2 days it will cost $173 per adult and $154 per child, the 3-day ticket is $214 per adult and $192 per child, and a 4 day ticket is $261 per adult and $208 per child. After selecting how many days you want to go you will need to select how many tickets per adult and child.
The shuttle and dated tickets: For this option you select your number of tickets for all the adults and all the children. After selecting your ticket amount you will need to select an experience. You have the options to choose from a Disneyland Paris Express 1D/1P or a Disneyland Paris Express 1D/2P.
If you’re ever in Paris than why not come stop by for a day or two, possibly four if you are feeling lucky with your money. As ERHS student Dylan Hoover says “I would definitely go to Disneyland Paris if I was ever there because I love Marvel. That would probably be the area that I stay in most of the time if I ever visited Paris. Go Marvel!”
