It’s Veterans day next Friday which means a three day weekend for us!

Veteran’s day usually falls on Nov.11 it’s the anniversary of the signing of the armistice and that ended world war 1 problems between the allied nations and Germany in 1918, so the United States of America thanks the Veteran’s for their service.

An act that was approved May 13,1938 was the day that Nov,11 was made a Federal Holiday its also known as Armistice day. It’s a very reasonable day to celebrate Veteran’s do go out and protect us from the bad that comes our way they risk their lives for America.

Things you can do on this day you can attend a veteran’s day events, ask veterans about about the military,help a homeless Veteran out because for some reason most a lot not all but some Veteran’s are homeless.You can wright or send letters to veterans I think that’ll be nice. Student Wynton Scott said” this is a nice holiday for the veterans.” ” It’s like saying a thank you for the things they do for us”.  Well, I hope you guys enjoy veteran’s day.
