Guess, what? Do you remember or have any knowledge of Serena Williams’, the famous tennis star, announcement of her pregnancy that occurred in April?

Well it is now September, and what does that mean? It means her beautiful newborn baby has been born.  The athlete I used to look up to, Serena Williams, has just given birth to her baby!!! Well, technically her newborn was born on September 1, but she wasn’t introduced to us (the world) until September 13.

Williams gave the world a glimpse of her lovely baby girl, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr., on her Instagram Account; it was a picture of Williams sleepily holding her daughter in her arms (as shown above the article) with the caption  “Meet Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr….” A simple, but powerful caption. What was that salty discharge coming out of my eye sockets??? Some would say tears were emerging from my eyes, but who knows.

Back to subject of the video, it was simply captivating and filled my empty shallow heart with a warm tingling feeling (sighs at my humor). Hahahaha, I made a humorous statement with some truth.

Anyway, Williams also provided a link to her official site. On this site she has a visible YouTube video named, “Hello World. Meet our baby girl: Alexis Olympia Ohanian, Jr.,” that tracks back from her first stages of her pregnancy to the very end.

Her video was outstanding and heart warming as one of Eleanor Roosevelt’s senior students, Camryn Johnson, admits that the video “made [her] smile”  and “it was so cute.”
