Career Building: Pursue What You Love!
August 28, 2017
When looking towards the future, many tend to seem confused on whether or not they want to pursue something that pays plentifully or something that they truly enjoy.
Well, because life is too short in general, why not just pursue something of your interest? Here are three reasons why you should pursue what you love:
- You’ll become more engaged and productive: It’s essential to your welfare and mindset when you are able to do what you love. Working in a career that you genuinely feel excited and happy to work for enables you to work faster and the quality of your work will stay consistent.
- You’ll feel satisfied: “If you find a job you love, you’ll never work again” -Winston Churchill. Becoming emotionally fulfilled is extremely important in maintaining a healthy mindset. Your career should make you content inside the workplace and even outside because this is what you’re doing in the long run!
- You’ll succeed: Most importantly, you’ll succeed. You’ll constantly be working because you love that job, constantly creating quality work because this is your passion. This is what you want to do and most importantly, you’re happy with what you’re doing.
