There are many mixed emotions about next school year. Many students are excited for summer while others are sad to see the 2024 – 2025 school year end.
A student at Eleanor Roosevelt High School, Emma Friestad, states
“I’m most looking forward to signing yearbooks, saying goodbyes, and see-you-laters to friends, and celebrating a great school year. I feel bittersweet about the year coming to an end because I’m excited for new beginnings, but sad because the year is over.”
Another student at Eleanor Roosevelt High School, Aarav Sakhareliya, is sad to see the year end so quickly. Sakhareliya states,
“I honestly feel a little sad cause this year feels like it went by so fast. I made a lot of friends, achievements, mistakes, but I ended up loving everything about this year.”
The end of the year is bittersweet for most students, but there are many exciting events to look forward to as we near the end of the 2024 – 2025 school year.
