People on TikTok are in absolute shambles because of the recent events between Judyhoppsl0vr69, Marina, and Chris Olsen. But first, who is Judyhoppsl0vr69? Judyhoppsl0vr69, also known as Nik Salah, became well-known on TikTok for his obsession with Judy Hopps from the hit movie Zootopia. Over time, Salah grew a decent-sized fanbase online for this obsession.

Salah began posting on TikTok in June of 2021, the earliest posts being related to his obsession with Judy Hopps. He continued to post about his strange obsession, even up until his family, friends, and even his therapist got involved. There were videos posted online of Salah where he would have photos of Judy Hopps covering his wall, or him calling different family, friends, and his therapist while pranking them. He would say the words to the Zootopia theme song, or do an old trend where he describes Judy Hopps.

It’s been known to the people who follow Salah online that this Judy Hopps obsession has ruined his friendships, relationships, and how people see him. People who know Salah express how worrying this obsession is, especially what the repercussions have been for him. He lost his therapist, had issues with Disney, and even with some countries. People have expressed how much they’re worried for not just Salah, but their own bunnies too.

As of Valentine’s Day of 2025, Salah and his roommate, Marina Jansen, revealed to their fans on TikTok about their hidden relationship. The two of them stated that they began dating roughly two months prior, so roughly December of 2024. After a few days, they showed off their recent engagement. They were ecstatic, despite the controversy that their fans had brought.

The fans and followers of both Salah and Jansen were not pleased with the engagement, or the relationship entirely. They flat-out stated that they just did not believe the two, despite how honest and vulnerable the couple was. It got to a point where both of them had to make separate statements about how they felt about this reaction from the people who supported both of their journeys up to this point.

Max Quan, a student at California State Polytechnic University, Pomona had said, “I’ve known of Nik since like 2021, and I think Nik getting sued by a nondescript mega-corporation was pretty insane also the arc where he got kidnapped and tortured in Area 51 allegedly. About Marina and Nik’s engagement, I wasn’t too surprised about it. They seem pretty chill so rock on I guess.”

Quan was overall not surprised over the engagement, which most people on the internet have stated the opposite. Many people were shocked and said horrible things about it.

Not long after, Salah had come out stating he had a crush on a TikToker named Chris Olsen. Jansen had revealed that she and Salah had broken off their engagement, while Olsen finally acknowledged both Salah and Jansen online. This is when Olsen and Salah both announced they are now together, while Jansen is posting and showing signs of distaste for the two. The community does not know exactly how it went down, but Jansen and Salah have been posting and commenting things online against each other, so it is assumed that this breakup did not go well.

As of last week, Salah and Olsen were hinting at something big that they were doing. While Olsen was on tour, Salah had appeared on stage in green paint. The two of them sang together a popular song from the recent movie, Wicked, titled “Popular”. The two surprised their community and audience by having both of them show their new relationship together on stage. Nobody knew about this surprise before the occasion

We asked a Junior at Eleanor Roosevelt High School for her opinion on this whole thing, Mary O’donnell states, “I started following Judyhoppslovr69 around September of 2024, and my favorite thing was probably when he convinced everyone he was dead. In this whole thing, I’m on team Nik and Chris because Marina has been trying to start drama, or at least a romance, since the very beginning of their friendship”.

O’donnell claims that Jansen was always trying to begin a romance of some kind since the very beginning, which can be seen from the outside.

Finally, we asked a Senior at Eleanor Roosevelt High School, and Reese Sypowicz shared, “Honestly, I have no clue what’s going on, there are so many stories and new facts coming out. It’s so difficult to follow and keep up with”

An important thing to note about the whole story is it is very mixed, it’s difficult to follow and find out which is true, which is fake, and which side to side with. Forming opinions on the entire thing is extremely difficult.

Overall, everything with the recent drama is out of hand. Salah, Olsen, and Jansen have not been very clear with their audience about what truly is going on. Salah has had a wild history, however, he still has a community based on everything that he’s done, and that has happened to him over the course of his account.
