“Good Coffee, Great Coffee” was released on February 27th, 2025. This was roughly two weeks ago, and plenty of players have things to say and opinions about this game. The creators, Tapblaze, first came out with “Good Pizza, Great Pizza.” This game was a crazy hit, where players made pizzas and owned a small little store. “Good Coffee, Great Coffee” has a similar setup, where players make coffee for customers!
There are plenty of people who enjoy these games, such as Josef Tablit, a junior at Eleanor Roosevelt High School, “I first played the game the day it released. I played ‘Good Pizza, Great Pizza’ and I’m already level 10 in ‘Good Coffee, Great Coffee.'” Tablit continues, “My favorite part of the game is the characters and the stories with it. I work in a coffee shop, and something I don’t like is how some of the drinks aren’t the same as in an actual coffee shop. I love this game with my whole heart.”
Tablit absolutely adores “Good Coffee, Great Coffee,” and talks about the storyline from the game. The storyline is something both “Good Pizza, Great Pizza” and “Good Coffee, Great Coffee” have in common. Some players, such as myself, find older characters from the first game in the second one. I love seeing the storylines combine as they are from the same world.
Another junior at Eleanor Roosevelt High School, Maddie Gonzales, explains, “I downloaded the game when it first came out, I was a huge fan of ‘Good Pizza, Great Pizza.’ I’m only on day three of ‘Good Coffee, Great Coffee,’ but my favorite aspect is the latte art that I can do in the game.”
Another lovely fact about this game is how there’s room for creativity, such as the Latte Art portion. Many people state this is their favorite aspect of the game, because there’s an open spot for their own creativity. At the start of latte art, however, you have to follow the design the game gives you.
I personally adore this game with my whole heart. I play it more than “Good Pizza, Great Pizza” and I’m already level five. My favorite thing about this game is the news channel that is part of it, there are so many side things that go on in this game. They talk about coffee fashion, different cafes, and even reference the last game. I also love the NPC’s and storyline. However, one issue I have is how long it takes to level up. It could be a glitch, however I feel as if it takes too long to level up at the end.
Overall, “Good Coffee, Great Coffee” is loved by many so far. It has its glitches and negatives, like every game does, but overall it’s a great game created by Tap Blaze once again. It fits with the storyline from both games and it’s well-written, while also being very cozy and relaxing.
