The playlist features songs from many artists and Drake has plenty of room for them to thrive: Giggs, Black Coffee, Jorja Smith, Sampha, Quavo, Travis Scott, 2 Chainz, Young Thug, Kanye and PARTYNEXTDOOR. He lets others set the mood with several sampled unspoken interludes.

“4422” is a full song from the aching soul man Sampha.”Skepta Interlude” taking inspiration from the British rapper Skepta. “Glow,” a duet with Kayne West, leans more towards West’s music style. Giggs and Young Thug both show up twice within “More Life.”

Drake seems to take inspiration from many different cultures, some being British and others Nigerian.

Ultimately, 19 of the set 22 songs have reached the Billboard chart as of 8 p.m. PT on the day of the set’s release.

The king of both rap and pop has once again blown fans out of the water.
