On October 25, fans of the Netflix show, “A Series of Unfortunate Events,” got an exclusive first look at season three through Entertainment Weekly. Viewers saw photos from the unreleased episodes, as well as some information on what the season will entail.

The last season of the series will cover the last four books of the series in seven episodes. Barry Sonnenfeld, the showrunner, has stated that this season will be “the most emotional season yet.”

Victoria Tavares
Victoria remarks that the show “really is like the book.”

Victoria Tavares  is a fan of the show, and even though she never finished it, she has also read the book series. What she enjoys about the Netflix adaptation is that “It’s like [the story] come to life, you know?” The show is very faithful to the books it is based on, while still expanding on the plot in its own way, adding a unique twist to a tale of such misfortune and woe.

The junior is excited for season three, and upon seeing the first look photos, remarked that “seeing the way it has come up to become a TV show is really cool.”

When asked if she will be watching season three, with a smile, Tavares  said “of course I will!”

Season three will reportedly be airing on Netflix in early 2019, though no exact dates have yet been announced.
