SYNOPSIS

For over many years, the county roads of Norco have been unpaved due to the lack of money Norco receives from the public. Most of the roads you see in these pictures are from poor parts of Norco with fewer residents; compared to the more populated areas in Norco.  As you can see from pictures, these roads are in horrible conditions and are a big hazard for drivers. Major accidents can and will be caused unless City Hall of Norco funds the money to repair the roads of its lower class community.
