Aubrey Graham also known as “Drake”, is well known in

the music industry for hits like “Hotline Bling” and “Work” but when he was interviewed on Lebron James’ The Shop, on Saturday October 13,  he discussed his relationship with Singer/Actor Rihanna.

He states,”As life takes shape and teaches you your own lessons, I end up in this situation where I don’t have the fairy tale, like, ‘Oh, Drake started a family with Rihanna and this is like so perfect…it looks so good on paper. By the way, I wanted that too at one time.”

During the 2016 MTV VMA’s, Drake presented the MTV Video Vanguard Award to Rihanna while announcing that he is in love with her. Shortly-After, the two split up for reasons unknown. Some believed it was either a publicity stunt to gain more attention or they didn’t love each other anymore.

People like Natalie Alvarado, has followed the couple throughout their long on and off relationship. Natalie explains her thoughts saying ” I think they would have been great together but he kind of wanted to move really fast and she wasn’t ready for that. I think she was scared to commit to him because they were great friends before.”

In May 2018, Rihanna explained her relationship with Drake saying,” The VMAs is such a fan-focused awards show, so having that energy around me, and knowing who had received the award in the past, made it feel like a big deal…Waiting through that speech was probably the most

uncomfortable part. I don’t like too many compliments; I don’t like to be put on blast…We don’t have a friendship now, but we’re not enemies either,” she noted. “It is what it is.”

Drake is now a single father to his son Adonis who was revealed on Pusha T’s notorious diss track ” The Story Of Adidon”. Also revealed, was the Mother of Adonis, Sophie Brussaux, who was a former adult film star. Despite all of these reveals, Drake is facing the facts and one day, wants to tell his son what happened.

He explained in an interview,“I am a single father learning to communicate with a woman who… you know, we’ve had our moments, right?” he shared. “And I do want to be able to explain to my son what happened. But I don’t have any desire for him to, like, not love his mother… I don’t ever want the world to be angry at his mother. We have found ourselves in a situation and we are both equally responsible, and now I’m just really excited to be a great father. I have a son, he’s a beautiful boy.”
