With the end of the year rapidly approaching, we’re beginning to partake and witness end of the year activities before the year comes to a close. From pep rallies, to Prom, to graduation, students are excited to partake in all the activities that are offered.

While clubs and sports teams are celebrating the end of a successful school year/season, ERHS theatre co open their last mass production of the school year: In the Heights! A newly anticipated broadway musical, In the Heights is known for touring all throughout the states for it’s stellar singing, dancing, and storyline.  Set in Brooklyn New York, the musical documents the lives of a tight knit community as they struggle to find their way in life and deal with evolving relationships.

Directed and adapted by the phenomenal Mrs. Frost, the cast and participants in the musical are incredibly excited to open. “We’ve been working so hard on the show and it really is amazing. From the set, choreography, costumes, singing, and acting, this is hands down our hardest yet most rewarding musical yet!” Mrs. Frost commented at the shows opening night. “We’re just so excited to see how hard all these kids have worked and it really is phenomenal.” In the Heights has only four shows so don’t miss out and make sure to buy your tickets online or at the door.
