Hi everyone :) My name is Lauren Marquez and as a sophomore here at Eleanor Roosevelt, I see so many things happening that I'd love to share with you all. I moved back to Cali this year from Texas, and I missed it so much! Keeping everyone informed on events around the world and in our community is something I can't wait to do.

In my free time, I can be found watching documentaries, foreign films, readings, and researching. I love coming of age films & dramatic tropes! Expect reviews from me on those film types! My study playlist this month is "Lo Que Construimos" by Natalia Lafourcade, "I'll be seeing you" by Billie Holiday, "Still falling for you" by Ellie Goulding, and "Lujon (Mediterranean)" by Henry Mancini.
