This Valentines day make sure to check out the epic sequel of Happy Death Day, where producers Jason Blum and Christopher London make a killer comeback and  return to write the  next chapter which will undoubtedly have audiences dying for more.

As seen in the trailer, Theresa “Tree”  Gelbman  (Jessica Rothe) is on a mission to help save her friends from the killer going after her. The mysterious person behind the mask then seeks revenge on Theresa’s close friends in an attempt to destroy her life.

After a couple of  years, Theresa unexpectedly re-enters the time loop after realizing that her friends are now involved and is determined to end it once and for all.  In the trailer, Theresa is being questioned  by the police, in which she states, “I was stuck living the same day over and over again, until someone wearing a baby mask murdered me on the night of my birthday. It turns out, it was my roommate, Lori.”

The trailer continues with Theresa continuing her alibi by stating “I kicked her out a window and killed her, which broke the loop. But now I’m living the better version of my life.” Theresa was also at a complete loss after realizing that her original killer, Lori Spengler (Ruby Modine), had been murdered. In this sequel, Theresa must face the killer to uncover his or her identity and end this nightmare once and for all.
