Sophomore Lucille Lubin is recognized by the Roosevelt Review through her teacher Ms. Quinonez, who says about Lucille:

“Lucy has been an absolute pleasure to have in class all year. Being a student athlete, it is crucial to represent our school well, not only during practice or at games, but in the community and in the classroom as well. Lucy is always standing tall and proud as all Mustangs should. She carries herself in a way that makes the organization she represents proud, in her case: the volleyball team. Lucy is kind and compassionate not only to me but also to her peers. She never complains and always works hard. She seldom gets recognition for her positive behavior, because she is one of those students that is expected to do the right thing always. Sometimes she goes unnoticed and under appreciated. Which is why I wanted to recognize her for all that she does to make our school a better place. I have nothing but positive things to say about this student! She is indeed the best at getting better.”

Keep up the good work, Lucille!!!
