It’s that time of the year Mustangs, where we appreciate all we are thankful for. A holiday filled with love, gratitude and celebration. As we begin our week vacation here at Eleanor Roosevelt High School we come to realize just how important everything in life is. Whether it be spending time at home or traveling to go and visit friends and family during this upcoming week, everyone has a different story.

According to Cassandra Haro,” I do not have many plans for thanksgiving break, however, there are some that I am looking forward to. I plan on going black Friday shopping, spending as much time as possible with my friends, enjoying spending a day full of laughs and love with family and working on any homework I have. I am really looking forward to this next week off”.

With the holidays coming up, this break can be a good way to help students relax and focus on themselves so they can come back ready to learn! Whatever the case may be, it is important to always remember to appreciate everything we have in life and to not take anything for granted. With that being said, Happy Thanksgiving mustangs!
