Ariana Grande has been recently grieving over the death of her ex, Mac Miller. Miller passed away in September due to overdose and has always had a problem for taking many different toxic substances.

Recently Ariana and Pete Davidson broke up because Grande felt in the need to take a break because she felt ’emotionally unavailable’ for Davidson and was not giving her self time to come to terms with everything that is occurring in her life.

Miller’s death really shocked everyone because it was something that would have not been expected from him and for Grande, it took a hard turn on her life because Miller and her had an off and on going relationship that started in 2012 with a conversation on Twitter that led them to make a debut together.

So to have a close friend/ex pass is something that will never come easy, and after the news of Grande and Davidson splitting, she posted a video of her and Miller’s best moments and she comments about how remarkable he was and how he will always hold a special place in her heart forever. Now with the break- up,  Grande and Davidson have been in contact as “they still care about each other,” but agreed that it’s best to be apart at the moment.

For now though, Grande is “trying to clear her head and just keep going living each day one at a time. Davidson, meanwhile, is “doing fine” and leaning on his family in his time of need, a source previously told E! News.
