As a high school student, shoes have a big part of our image. When new shoes come out, ERHS students take pride in being the first to get them. A lot of us have our favorite shoes that we like to wear often and they are very important to us. I know that I certainly have my top five favorite shoes. My top five favorite shoes are The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Court Purple 1s, Nike Air Max 97 South Beach, Nike Air Max 95 White ERDL Party Camo, Nike Air Max Plus Tartan, and Nike Air Force 1 ’07 Low.

My number one favorite shoes are the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Court Purple 1s. These are my number one favorite shoes because I love how they made the main colorway Court Purple, they look very different from all of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG’s and I think the Court Purple colorway makes the shoes stand out.

My next favorite shoes are the Nike Air Max 97 South Beach. These are my number two favorite shoes because I love the bright color way, most of Nike’s Air max 97 shoes are dark colored, so I think the bright color way was a different, but great way to go.

My third favorite shoes are the Nike Air max 95 White ERDL Party Camo. I absolutely love these shoes because instead of just incorporating regular colorways together, they incorporated different colored-camo prints, which makes the shoe that much better!

My fourth favorite shoes are the Nike Air Max Plus Tartan. These shoes are very different, but in a good way. Instead of putting basic colorways onto this shoe, they put a red-plaid print, which makes the shoe so much more unique, which I love.

Finish Line
My last favorite shoes are the Air Force 1 ’07 Low. I think this shoe is a classic. This shoe was first released in 1982 and is still relevant to the shoe world. Nike constantly comes out with new colorways to keep the Air Force 1 ’07 Lows relevant to the shoe world.

I interviewed Porter Pittman, a junior about his top five favorite shoes. He said his top five favorite shoes are, “Old School Vans, Jordan 11 Navy Gums, Black Nike Vapormax, Nike Air Max Off White, and the Jordan 6 Maroons, I like these shoes because they all look different and I could wear them with multiple outfits.”

Our ERHS students take pride in their shoes, as you can see with Porter Pittman. Now, what are your top five favorite shoes?

Howdy y’all, my name is Aurielle Whitehead and I relate the most to Woody from Toy Story.  I relate the most to Woody because I am loyal, selfless, courageous, and adventurous.  I am very loyal to my friends and would do anything for them. I put my loved ones and friends before myself all the time.  Even though I have my flaws, just like Woody, I am not afraid to comfort or confront my friends with care.
